| SR-mjol hf. (Fishmeal and Fishoil Production), symbol SRMJ, has been delisted from ICEX Main List in accordance with the decision of shareholder meeting of the company to merge with Sildarvinnslan hf. (Fisheries and Fish Processing), symbol SVN. The shareholders meetings were held on 7 and 8 March 2003 and shareholders of SR-mjol received shares in Sildarvinnslan 10 March 2003. The delisting is made by reference to Art. 39 of Rules on Listing of Securities on the Iceland Stock Exchange ltd.
