| At a shareholders meeting of Staltak hf., (Machinery and repairs) symbol STAK, on November 20th 2003 the shareholders agreed to allow the board of directors to apply for delisting Staltak´s shares from ICEX Alternative Market. It is clear that the board of directors will use this authorisation. Due to this information Staltak´s shares will be moved to Observation list.
